Are the mosaic birds suitable for hanging outside?

The mosaic birds have been made on a base that is weatherproof and the tiles are frost resistant. They will survive in mild climates outdoors year round. However, if you live in a climate with cold frosty winters, hard frost and freezing weather may take their toll on a mosaic art piece over time. Once the frost starts, I put mine indoors or in the shed. Then in Spring, I celebrate with an 'unveiling' of my work - it's always exciting to get them out again!

What kind of packing material do you use?

Some of my items are breakable so I pack them well using bubble wrap, paper, styrofoam peanuts, cardboard boxes and anything I feel will protect the product well. I recycle packing materials where I can as long as they are clean and look new.

I don't have a PayPal account. How can I pay?

There are two choices for payment - PayPal or Stripe. You don't need a PayPal account to use PayPal. You will be able to use your credit card without creating an account. If you don't want to use PayPal, you can select the black payment button which is simply a credit card or debit card payment powered by a company called Stripe.

How do I take care of my mosaic jewellery?

ADJUSTABLE PENDANTS Slide the bead gently to adjust the length. If the silicon ring pops out, just pop it back in. Try not to take the bead off the cord but if you do, you can use tweezers to pull it back through the bead. KEEP IT DRY The mosaic jewellery is made on a wood base so water is not its friend. Don't shower with it on, or swim or sweat excessively. Normal day to day wear is absolutley fine. There is a saying with jewellery - take it off first, put it on last. METAL If there is metal on the piece, buff it with a lint free cloth. Silver can be polished in the usual way but I quite like the tarnished look on my pieces as they appear more rustic.
